I will say this now — I have never used this as a fresh food feeder. We (on the advice of my cousin) use it as a teether. Slap in an ice cube and hand it off. It only took a few seconds for the boy to realize what he had in his hands. A bib is also recommended.

Mabel’s Labels

I won’t tell her, but my wife was the one who found these labels — although it was by way of her sister. Anyway, our neighbors to the north got something right — Mabel’s Labels are awesome. BabyGanics Dish Dazzler

I’m not a tree hugger. I’m not a hippie. I’m not in love with the organic movement, but as noted in the prior post, I think BabyGanics Dish Dazzler helps make washing bottles a little less miserable. I like it for two reasons: it foams and it doesn’t leave a film like most soaps. If you have ever washed a coffeepot and think you got all the soap out only to find colorful bubbles in your coffee the next day — you know what I mean. Munchkin Bottle Brushes

Cleaning bottles is not fun. If you think it is — well, good for you. Two things have made life easier and The Munchkin Deluxe Bottle Brush is one of them (orange one in the pic). Although the Bottle and Nipple Brush is good (green one), I like the Deluxe version better simply for the suction cup base — you can set it down without resting it on the counter and presumably in germs.
